2분기 E-7-4 비자에 대한 설명은 다음 강의 때 해드리고, 오늘은 7월 10일~7월 14일까지 뿌리기업에 근무하고 있는 외국인근로자에 대한 별도 쿼터에 대해 설명해 드리려고 합니다.
올해 상반기 때 뿌리기업 특별 쿼터로 300명을 선발했고, 오는 7월 10일~7월 14일 하반기 뿌리기업 특별 쿼터로 100명을 선발할 예정입니다.
산업통상자원부의 별도쿼터 추천서를 받기 위해서는 많은 절차를 거쳐야 합니다.
1. 뿌리기업 확인서 발급하기: 회사가 뿌리기업인 경우에는 뿌리기업확인서를 확인해보시고, 만약 회사가 뿌리기업에 해당하지 않는 경우에는 확대된 뿌리기업 여부를 확인해서 신청을 해야 합니다.
2. 뿌리기업 추천서 발급하기: 뿌리기업 확인서가 있는 회사에서 근무하고 있는 외국인근로자는 VISA.GO.KR에서 '뿌리기업 추천서'를 발급 받을 수 있습니다.
3. 국가뿌리산업진흥센터에 서류 보내기: 뿌리기업 추천서와 뿌리기업확인서 및 신청서 등을 준비해서 국가뿌리산업진흥센터에 등기우편으로 발송을 해야 합니다. 다만, 등기우편으로 발송하는 경우에는 7월 14일 소인이 찍힌 서류도 인정을 하고 있습니다.
4. 관할 출입국외국인사무소에 비자변경(체류자격 변경) 신청하기: 수시접수이기 때문에 추천서 점수 5점~10점을 포함해서 52점 이상이면 신청이 가능합니다.

오늘 4월 24일부터 28일(금)까지 고용노동부 추천서를 신청할 수 있습니다.
다만 아쉽게도 모든 E-9 비자 근로자가 추천서를 신청할 수 있는 것은 아닙니다.
사업장(회사)와 외국인근로자가 확인해야 할 사항들이 있습니다.
고용노동부 추천서 결과는 5월 8일에 발표됩니다.
중요한 부분은 1년에 고용노동부에서 발급할 수 있는 추천서는 총 650 입니다.
그래서 이번 2분기 고용노동부 추천은 325명을 선발하지만 이전에 고용노동부 추천을 받은 외국인근로자도 있기 때문에 무엇보다 빨리 준비해서 출입국외국인사무소에 E-7-4 비자를 신청해야 합니다.
선착순으로 진행되기 때문에 추천서를 받으면 가능한 빨리 신청해야 합니다.

다 아시겠지만 해외 학사 이상+경력 1년 이상, 해외 석사 이상 또는 국내 전문학사, 학사 또는 석사 이상 유학생이 신청할 수 있습니다.
2. 외국인근로자와 회사 측면:
E-7-1 비자(전문인력)는 1년 연봉이 국민총소득(GNI: Gross National Income)의 80% 이상이어야 합니다.
2021년 확정된 GNI가 40,482,000원 이기 때문에 80%인 33백만 원 이상이어야 합니다.
3. 회사 측면:
외국인근로자를 고용하려고 하는 회사는 회사의 매출, 영업이익이 있어야 합니다.

In order to work at a company you like, you need to get an E-7-1 visa, which is a specific activity visa.

As you know, international students who have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree or higher in Korea can receive an E-7-1 visa if they prove the need for a company.
In order to receive an E-7-1 visa for 'overseas sales clerk', you must meet the basic requirements of the company and your own.

- (If your major is at least slightly related to overseas sales clerk): Describe in detail the relevance of what you learned at university, internships, and your major.
As described above, we have explained the items that the company you will be hiring for must prepare, as well as the items that the international student must check.
The point to note here is that most universities' majors and overseas sales clerk do not match 100%.
In that case, it is important for international students to describe in detail the part what is your strength, qualifications and abilities as an 'overseas sales clerk' in the 'reason for employment'.
In other words, it is necessary to explain the 'relevance' that may exist at all in relation to the 'need for employment'.
